Three Steps to Attracting More Satisfying Relationships

As long as the Law of Attraction has only the 'DON'T want' script, it is restricted to orchestrating that script over and over. We must give the Law of Attraction some NEW MATERIAL to work with.

What do you really want in your relationships? Security? Affection? Loyalty? Companionship? Communication? What?

Do you wonder why you keep attracting certain types of people into your life?

Are you tired of feeling disappointed in 'love?

Have you ever been 'blind-sided' by someone you thought was a friend?

Do you feel desperate to find that special person you can live with forever?

Here are three steps that can help you in attracting more satisfying relationships:

Step 1: Make a thorough list of all the characteristics or scenarios of your past relationships that you DON'T WANT to experience again. You can use the T-toolTM for this exercise or just take a fresh sheet of paper and draw a large 'T' on it.

Label the left hand column: 'I Don't want' and the right-hand column, 'I Do Want'.

Ask your Inner Self to remind you of past events that you do NOT want repeated.

Write a few words about each event that express the essence of that event.

Step 2: Examine each item on the 'I DON'T want ..." side and ask yourself this question: "If I don't want this, what DO I want?"

One major reason why we keep attracting the same unsatisfactory relationships is because we fail to use the contrast contained in those negative events to get clear about what we DO want.

Step 3: Write a Script about how you DO want your relationships to be:

Scripting accesses all four parts of the brain.

The left brain which deals with words and logic;
The right brain which understands patterns and symbols ;
The mid-brain which experiences emotions; and
The brain stem which registers physical stimulation .

When we write a Script, starting with a phrase such as: "If I had my way...", and use our imagination about that which feels good to us, we are accessing our right and mid-brain. A thought or feeling comes and we translate it into words (using the left brain) that symbolize the thought or feeling (right brain again). Writing the Script engages the body, which registers in the brain stem.

When all four parts of the brain are engaged, a powerful message is delivered to the Universe.

I like to end my Scripts with the phrase, "And do this in ways that are for my highest good and the highest good of everyone involved." This is a phrase that helps me let go of 'HOW" this will all happen, and allows the Law of Attraction to bring it about in the very best possible way.

Remember, the Law of Attraction brings us precisely what we vibrate. So if we want to experience relationships that are more satisfying, then we must change our dominant vibration to match the experiences we WANT to have.

Manifesting Money is Deliciously Easy

Have you any doubt that manifesting money is easy? It actually is very easy to manifest what you want, but not in the way that you think. Repeating mindless affirmation and visualizing 5 minutes at a time won't cut it.

One of the first things people do when they hear of the law of attraction is to jump into creating a business or playing the lottery with the hopes of manifesting money super fast.
This is the worst mistake. They work tirelessly getting their business up and running. When this does not work they run from one venture after another.

Of course this only gets the person frustrated. I hear people saying all the time, "I played the lottery and I got nothing, the law of attraction does not work." The law of attraction does work. It is only that there are correct ways of applying the law of attraction and there are incorrect ways of applying the law of attraction.

Before you do anything to manifest more money, stop yourself. Yes, just stop. Do nothing. Before you can truly begin manifesting money you must align yourself with that money.

Alignment is an important first step. It shifts your energy from a place of lack into a place of now having. You can only have what you first become. The alignment of each thing you want to manifest takes its on time but there are many advanced, yet easy techniques that can get you there extremely fast.

When you rush to take action you are hopping to create new circumstances with the same state of being where you presently are. That's why most people fail in the process of manifesting money or the things they truly desire to manifest.

 

Manifesting Abundance — Get the Money You Deserve

You are about to learn a simple technique to weave a flow of money into your life without struggle and pain or worry. First you will want to understand a simple concept for being in the right flow.

In order to Manifesting greater abundance you must begin to be aware of abundance in your own life. Although money may be lacking there may be several areas of your life where you do have signs of abundance.

The sooner you can be aware that life is overflowing with streams of wealth the faster you can align yourself to receive the wealth that you want.

One of the biggest reasons most people cannot envision much less manifest abundance is because most people think of lack. Most people see life thought the eyes of scarcity and lack. As you become aware of the many possibilities of wealth all around, you slow begin to change your inner barometer for abundance.

--Being in a Money Flow--

You can practice this meditation for a few minutes every day and take notes of your day as you go along. See what happens on the days when you do practice these techniques.

Take a few deep breaths. Imagine yourself giving money to others. See them receiving that money with joy. Then let the cycle flow by seeing money coming to you. Allow yourself to stay with this inner mediation for a few minutes until you filled with the feeling of abundance.

Now the second step to this technique is quite fun. If you have resistance in doing it then its quite likely you still have a lot of resistance towards money and continue to feel lack. Be mindful of how you are feeling as you do this step.

Go out and give some money to those who are in need. That could be the homeless or those who do come up to your. Make it a point to do this for a few days as you also practice the guided visualization. Remember to take notes to make your results.

Remind yourself that you do live in a wealthy and abundance universe. There is nothing to fear and your needs are always met. You can manifest greater abundance with deeper understanding of the spiritual laws then manifesting will become easier and fun.

Manifestation and the Importance of Living in the Present

Do you sometimes observe your mind? In the ancient Vedic scripture Bhagavad-Gita, Krishna says to Arjuna "One must deliver himself with the help of his mind, and not degrade himself. The mind is the friend of the conditioned soul, and his enemy as well. For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy."

When you start observing your mind first thing you might notice is that you don't control it. How many times you have read something, sometimes even trying to really concentrate on the subject, but then you caught yourself thinking about something completely different at the same time?

You can observe your mind, because you are not your mind, as you are not your body (This article is not about "You are not your body" subject. I wrote more about it in "Introduction to Manifestation")

To manifest what you want you need to control your mind. You need to concentrate, meditate and visualize often. You need to focus on the things you want to manifest. If you allow your mind to jump freely from one subject to another, like a monkey from tree to tree, it will take you long time to achieve your goals.

One aspect of this is importance of living in the NOW. You can notice that we often think about the past, and when we think about the past we tend to think about "old good times". There are not "old good times". We simply forget about bad times and think about good times mostly, because it allows us to escape from the present reality and live in happy illusion.

The point is that the past, happy or sad is dead. We can't change it. It also doesn't have any value for our manifesting purposes. Of course we can hopefully learn from our past mistakes, but that's it, otherwise dwelling on the past is just a waste of time.

If we don't think about the past we usually think about the future. Often we are afraid of the future, sometimes we look at the future with hope. But the future is made in the present. We need to start living in the present and concentrate on the present. We need to be happy now.
If we are happy now, we build our happy future. Because of that it is very important to gradually control the mind and to live in the now; try to be happy now.

We can easily change our mind's states. We can listen to some good music which we like, we can think about someone we love or we can look at something beautiful. Whatever helps you to feel happy, and the most important we can visualize the things we want in the future as already achieved.

A good way to get in the good mood is to do some simple yogic breathing exercises, which very quickly help to achieve peace and control of the mind.

Another good way is to practice gratitude for the things you have and the things you would like to have. You cannot feel unhappy when you feel grateful.

There are many different methods, but to start manifesting the things you want easily and quickly it's good to find a good mentor or course, and follow the instructions. Reading about manifestation, the law of attraction and self improvement is always good, but the best is to take action and apply what you have learned.

Why Did Kermit Fall for Miss Piggy?

Take a look at Miss Piggy from the muppets. She was always very outgoing and confident, but more importantly she had amazing self-esteem. She thought and firmly believed that she was stunningly beautiful and she displayed it in a very dramatic way. Everyone fell for it, everyone found her to be glamourous. What's more, Kermit the frog even went and fell in love with her! But let's look at the truth of the matter - she was a pig!

Now she was no curvaceous Jessica Rabbit from the film "Who framed Roger Rabbit" who was a text book stunner! Miss Piggy certainly did not have the qualities of your typical super-model, I would even put my neck on the line and say that she was a bit chunky.

Developing self-esteem and oozing confidence can and does distinctly increase your ability to be irresistably attractive. It can and very often does create an illusion or aura of value, worth and desirability.

Why do we find a person with high self-esteem to be attractive? What is it about them that draws our attention and admiration? Is it the mystique? Is it an aura? That certain "je ne sais quoi?"

Look at what is happening here; a person who exhibits strong self-esteem is telling the world they value themselves. After all, the meaning of "self-esteem" is the esteem (value) of the self. It is the estimation of worth that you are giving to yourself. So when a person recognises their own self-worth and exhibits that to the rest of us, we start to think that they know something that we don't! In other words, they think they are special and have value.

Likewise when someone shows the world that they have low self-esteem, we tend to believe and think that if they do not think very highly of themselves, then why should we be impressed or respectful of them? We certainly don't usually allow ourselves to be dazzled by them.

In both cases, we simply go along with the estimation that what the person has signaled to us is valid. We tend to just believe the verdict that the person has put upon themself.

So why is that attractive? We, as humans, are naturally attracted to that which has been deemed valuable. We also tend to want to be a part of a larger group. We often follow the lead, join groups, and go along with the majority opinion - just to be part of the group.

High self-esteem can also create an illusion of attractiveness, or competence, even when it is not necessarily there. It is possible for us to be fooled. After all, attractiveness is a subjective attribute.

Self-esteem is the way that you feel about yourself, self-confidence is the way you feel about your abilities. Both can enhance your ability to attract partners, pay-rises, friends, sales, success, achievement and lots more. I think it would be valuable to learn how to increase your own self-esteem today. Hey, if it gets Miss Piggy pulling at someones (some-frogs) heart strings, it can do the same for you.

 

Manifestation is Absolutely Real

Throughout the ages, many leaders and common folk, religious and otherwise, have demonstrated the ability to manifest out apparent nothingness something that was required for the moment. Loaves and fish, great journeys, military conquests and lives of enormous luxury are the result of manifestation. These magnificent events in the history of humankind exist because the authors decided with conclusive certainty to allow them to exist. The people that accomplished great events were enlightened Manifestation Masters. Their power is available to you too.

Manifestation is a process used to create or allow circumstances, effects or material to exist. The beginning step is a conscious decision and absolute conviction to allow that which you have realized that you truly desire to be real. It cannot start until you know exactly what it is you really want. Vague ideas produce vague results, if any.

Once you determine and define that which you strongly desire, be it fame, fortune, love, inner peace or anything else, Manifestation can begin. You must be able to concentrate on what you desire, though, not the lack of it. To spend time wishing for something that is not there puts all your energy into creating more of its absence. Proper training into where to direct your thought energy is necessary for most people. Fortunately the material has already been gathered for you, for to search through centuries of writings of Manifestation Masters would take up a large part of your lifetime.

You must learn to concentrate in the very present moment, without distraction or resistance. Your thoughts must not be watered down with imagined worries or fears of what may or may not happen. To gather all of your energy together and imagine the worst case scenario of the existence you truly do not desire gives it a life of its own and you may well manifest this instead of what you do want.

The contemplation of what does not exist right now is why you begin your practice of manifestation, so this immensely powerful process must be trained on the correct targets. According to Quantum Physics, nothing ever can be created or destroyed, so therefore everything must already exist. You must learn truthful and accurate ways to manifest the proper outcome, or destroy your life in the process. Many people with enormous perceived potential spend their lives wandering aimlessly, because they concentrate on the lack of prosperity instead of the unfailing lavish abundance that already exists throughout the universe, and is available to anyone with the access to the keys.

When your thought energy is channeled along the right vectors, nothing that you can imagine cannot be created by you. All you have ever dreamed of is waiting for you choose, and manifest into existence for yourself. Manifestation is an omnipotent force that cannot be reckoned with, once set into motion. Learn the absolute reality of manifestation, and all you crave is yours to accept.

Law of Attraction Classics: Suggestion Is Power

This subtle force of the repeated suggestion overcomes our reason, acting directly on our emotions and our feelings, finally penetrating to the very depths of our subconscious minds. This is the basic principle of all successful advertising---the continued and repeated suggestion that first makes you believe, after which you are eager to buy. In recent years we have enjoyed a vitamin spree.

For centuries tomatoes were looked upon as poisonous. People dared not eat them until some fearless person tried them and lived. Today millions of people eat tomatoes, not knowing that they were considered unfit for human consumption. Conversely, the lowly spinach nearly went into the garbage pail after the United States Government declared that it did not contain the food values attributed to it for decades. Millions believed this and refused to honor Popeye's favorite dish any longer.

Clearly, the founders of all great religious movements knew much about the power of the repeated suggestion and gained far-reaching results with it. Religious teachings have been hammered into us from birth, into our mothers and fathers before us and into their parents and their parents before them.

There's certainly white magic in that kind of believing.

Such statements as "What we don't know won't hurt us" and 'Ignorance is bliss" take on greater significance when you realize that only the things you become conscious of can harm or bother you. We have all heard the story of the man who didn't know it couldn't be done and went ahead and did it.

Psychologists tell us that as babies we have only two fears: the fear of loud noises and the fear of falling. All of our other fears are passed on to us or develop as a result of our experiences; they come from what we are taught or what we hear and see.

I like to think of men and women as staunch oak trees that can stand firm amid the many crosscurrents of thought that whirl around them. But far too many people are like saplings that, swayed by every little breeze, ultimately grow in the direction of some strong wind of thought that blows against them.

 

Manifestation is what we do naturally

Manifestation is what we do naturally and it shows up in all facets of our lives if we realize it or not.

When you are inspired or not inspired, you created it. If you could look back at a record of all the things that you thought or felt on a subject you could probably identify what thoughts and feelings created the results that you are experiencing right now.

It is possible to start to do this more consciously and link these results to what you were thinking and feeling.

Start small and look at things that are in your life and think for a moment what thoughts and feelings you have had in that area. Interesting!

In the beginning it can seem a little vague as you start to put together the puzzle and remember thoughts and feelings that would make sense to have created that result, but you are unsure. As you practise this skill you become clearer and clearer as to the connections.

Often it is unconscious thoughts that control the creation of things but if you watch your thoughts and feelings you will normally notice their presence and content.

They may be following your positive thoughts or they may just be recurring limiting thoughts created a long time ago, either way just give them no notice for now and continue to think the thoughts and feelings of what you want.

When you think about the things that you want, do your best to feel good about those things, this lifts your vibration closer to achieving those things.

If you feel negative thoughts or feelings just realize what they are and bring your focus back to feeling good about what you want. Negative feelings have little power if you do not dwell on them or give energy to them

As your positive focus on what you want continues, power starts to build in that direction and energy starts to flow to create those things. This is a natural process.

So focus on what you want and feel good about it. This raises the vibration of your energy towards beautiful things.

If you start to feel bad just realize that your focus has shifted to some old pattern or thought and gently bring it back to what you would like to think about and feel.

Allow the energy to build until what you want is delivered. Be open for things that excite you as they may be the beginning steps of the delivery.

Be gentle with yourself in the beginning as it can take some time to build new habits and your thoughts may drift without noticing. Consistent self loving effort will bring great results and change your life

Enjoy your manifestations!

To Focus Or Not To Focus

Often I receive emails from people who have been learning about and applying the Law of Attraction yet they feel stuck. They are clear about what they want. They stay focused on their desire and yet, it seems to be so slow in coming or out of reach entirely.

Here's an example of one such email: "I have been trying to attract a good mate into my life and have really focused on it for the past three months. I have posted positive affirmations on my bathroom mirror with positive quotes like 'I am married now to a wonderful person' etc.... I also read every morning and mid-day and night a positive affirmation that I am attracting a great mate who harmonizes with me. I also bought an endless loop cassette tape and recorded that I have a good spouse and that I have attracted a good person to myself etc and I listen to it every night. I really believe that it will come to me, but ..."

Could it be that this person is focusing too much? Surely all these affirmations and positive statements should have produced the desired outcome by now! Yes, this person is probably focusing too much on their desire and actually causing resistance to allowing the Law of Attraction to deliver. Here are three things about how the Law of Attraction works to consider:

Once you have clarity about your desire and feel satisfied with the mental picture and good feelings you have, then the Law of Attraction reads you loud and clear and the process of delivery is set in motion.

If you do nothing more than get crystal clear, you will receive your desire in the easiest most efficient way.

The Law of Attraction doesn't really listen to your words, but DOES read how you actually feel about this desire. When you make affirmations that are not true, like: "I have a wonderful spouse"--when you don't, the Law of Attraction only receives your opposite vibration of "I don't have a spouse." The more affirmations you make, the more you are nullifying your desire with this opposing vibration.

So, what ARE you supposed to do with that desire you've been so clear about?

Hold it in your periphery vision, rather than your focal point.

Here's an exercise that will demonstrate how to do that:

Keep your focus on this article on the screen of your computer. Now, tell me, what do you see on your far right? Don't move your eyes, just notice what is there.

OK, now tell me, what is in the upper left field? What's in the lower left field? What is at the top of your field of vision? And the bottom?

You DO know what is there without focusing on the object directly.

Now, let's pretend that one of the items in your periphery is a lamp and you want to turn it on. You move your eyes, so that the lamp is the focus of your vision, BRIEFLY, while you turn it on--then return your focus to this screen.

This is the best way to hold your clear desires: once you have clearly stated or written your desire, hold it in the periphery of your vision. Get on with other things that you enjoy. You'll know when to shift your focus to your desire--maybe you've changed your mind about a detail--or you just enjoy imagining what it feels like to be living your desire.

I have a practice of writing out my desire statement using the 3-Phrases that raise my vibration, then I put it away in a file-folder. The file folder is in my left peripheral vision when I'm at my computer.. I usually seem to 'forget about it' until it is fulfilled. Then I go digging for that particular Desire Statement and find, to my absolute delight, that EVERYTHING I asked for has come true!

The bottom line is really this: If focusing on your desire feels good, delightful, playful and exciting, then by all means, enjoy giving it attention. But if you are forcing yourself to focus--you are actually causing resistance that can cause delay. If you've been noticing the length of time it is taking for your desire to come--you are slowing down the process.

"Allowing" means staying out the the way, while you allow the Law of Attraction to deliver your desire.

 

Timing

"The attitude that we would have is: 'The universe is lining it up just right, and the timing will be just exactly right. And I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm doing everything just exactly right. And in the perfect timing, a timing that I cannot even quite see yet, this is going to happen. And meanwhile there isn't anything else for me to do.'

How is it that you all get so involved in things that have nothing to do with you? The Law of Attraction is a huge Law. So next time you find yourself thinking: 'Well, I should write one more affirmation, or I should do one more Virtual Reality. I need to do something. I must be doing something wrong, or what I'm wanting would be,' we say, what you need to do is chill out. What you need to do is relax and accept that you've done your work. You've asked; the Universe is doing its work; it is answering. Your work is to get into this place where you joyfully receive it.

You can't take score about when it's coming or where it's coming, or how it's coming. In other words, you accept, in this faith-based attitude, it is coming and all is well. And as you do that, ahh.

Then, when you really get there, then it doesn't matter how long it takes--but it doesn't take any time, then. If you could say, 'I don't care how long it takes,' you're there! And then it takes no time. But as long as it matters how long it takes, you're not there--and it's going to take a long time.
